2. Cancellation & Rescheduling•
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.• No-shows will not receive any refund or credit for future sessions.

3. Refund Policy•
Payments made for consultations are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Thrive With Shreyas due to unavoidable circumstances.• Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with the session will not be entertained, as healing results vary from person to person.

4. User Responsibilities•
Clients must provide accurate information while booking their sessions.• The services offered are for personal growth and well-being; they are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.• Any inappropriate behavior during sessions will result in immediate termination without a refund.
